Tiger von Thurnburg
Tiger von Thornburg is a big boned 14 month old coated German Shepherd. He is from an area with many breeders, the shelter is known for its beautiful dogs. Tiger is going through the gawky teenage stage, he has very long legs, but his chest and shoulders haven’t filled out yet. Once he matures he could weigh 100 pounds. He is so sweet and ready to attach himself to anyone who is nice to him. He was so traumatized in the county shelter; he stayed at the back of his kennel until one of our volunteers found him, luckily! Tiger might have a long coat, it is hard to tell, his adult coat is still growing in. Remember the coated German Shepherds shed less but need more frequent grooming. Tiger walked well on a leash after he remembered his manners. He was afraid of the cat he met, he barked but then moved away from the cat. We will test him again if you have a feline family member. Tiger is good with other dogs. He was great at a crowded adoption event. Someone will be so lucky to adopt this charming and handsome boy!! |
